LeadBox is a service that perfectly performs two main tasks:

  • Collect deals from potential customers from any lead generation source and transfer them to your CRM system according to the scenario that will be most convenient for your company and your managers.
  • Transferring information about the fact of winning and the budget of the won deals from your CRM system to Google Analytics 4 to form end-to-end analytics on this information.

The LeadBox algorithm is based on the 7 years of experience in implementation of CRM systems for the sales departments of companies from different markets. We analyzed their requests and created several universal scenarios for adding leads to the CRM system that satisfy the business processes of all companies.

If suddenly your business process is not fully covered by the created scenarios, our development team is always ready to develop a scenario specifically for you. Just write to us about it.

So, what does LeadBox do transferring deals to CRM:

  1. In any case, LeadBox checks the presence in the CRM system of the customer's contact by phone number and email;
  2. LeadBox at the level of the entire CRM checks the presence of an active deal of this client and can either create another active deal or add information to an already existing deal, depending on the selected scenario;

  3. It can update the fields in the deal and contact card, and depending on the selected scenario, it will update either all fields or only empty ones;

  4. LeadBox can create no deal at all, but only update the fields in the above scenarios. It is interesting when connecting such data sources as: Call Tracking or customer's answers on automatic calls;
  5. The service also allows you to choose different variations of the distribution of leads among managers. Read more about it here

  6. It allows you to determine exactly where in the CRM system you want to add the received information: whether to record it in the CRM system fields, or to fill in custom fields or in a note of the deal.
  7. For integration with KeepinCRM, you can choose to fill in the products and the variation of adding them to a new deal or existing one, depending on your business process.

And what is important, you can make and change the settings of this functionality and scenarios at any time using admin panel, without the involvement of programmers or our technical support.

The list of services from which you can receive orders and CRM systems to which these leads can be transferred can be found in the menu item named "Integrations".

If you click on the Add integration button, you will see the entire list of possible integrations.

Connections you can make in LeadBox

If you just go to the Integration page of the LeadBox service, you will see a list of already connected and configured services in your LeadBox account. They have the following parameters:

  • Integration activity is the first column with green or red dots. A green dot indicates that the integration is active, a red one indicates that the integration is not active.
  • Type - the name of the service that you linked to LeadBox.
  • The source is the name of the integration itself, which is clickable and you can go from it to the settings of the integration.

  • Destination - where exactly the data from this source will go after LeadBox. The linked CRM system or Google Analytics 4 is indicated here.

  • The key is a unique integration ID by which LeadBox processes data.

  • Actions - what exactly you can do with the integration. There are two options: Copy (for those integrations where copying is possible, it is highlighted in blue) or Delete the integration.
